He has held diverse leadership roles in reputed organizations building business models. Shantanu is a mechanical engineer with management certifications from IIM Lucknow and ICFAI. He is also certified in Law. He is associated with social causes focused on healthcare for elderly people and education for girl children. He is an active member of an NGO. His passion lies in sports, he is an avid table tennis and chess player.

Souvik Debnath has 20+ years of experience primarily in the Financial Service sectors (Insurance and Banking) various initiatives through Information Technology. Innovation using technology excites him. His current passion includes focusing on understanding the evolution of AI and ML and its current maturity; while he is leading a team to grow to a passion for innovation. He believes that innovation can only be achieved through collaboration with a team having intent, motivated and ready to give it a shape to the concept. Conspiracy theory and science fiction are other areas of interests. He believes that concepts of these areas break the shackles of confined to the boundary driven thoughts and motivate people to learn through the channel of finding the answers to the questions.

She has been instrumental in building the family the atmosphere amongst the BCD team during its initial stages. She loves painting and singing in her free time.

Avi comes with 15 years of experience in industry verticals like Retail, Telecom, the UK Public Sector, and Media & Ent. implementing Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI analytics system for their digital transformations. From technology side, he transitioned himself into techno-functional and management role where he played as consultant, solution architect and currently associated with BCD as a Project Delivery Manager. He has proven skills in Initial Discovery, Requirements gathering to the technology-agnostic proposal writing, commercial estimations, and Pre-Sales activities. Cloud Services, Big Data, and Data Science are his area of interest. He has done his bachelors in Computer Science and postgraduate in Business Administration. In his leisure time, he likes to spend quality time with his family and friends, listening to music, taking part in few sporting activities.

Sunayana Mukherjee has 12 years of experience in Human Resource Management across different sectors like IT, Retail & Insurance. She is an MBA and currently pursuing a paper on Industrial Psychology. She believes that today’s HR professionals are the forward thinkers and more focused on managing employee engagement and strengthening culture. In the last few years, the HR trend has shifted to a more employee centric approach and her focus on the employee experience is a clear indication of this shift. She sometimes takes out time for good music, inspirational movies, and videos.

Soumit Roychowdhury has 22 years of experience in various sectors of the industry including System Integration, Mortgage Banking, e-Governance, e-Commerce, Online News Media, Document Management System and ERP, leading initiatives in the Information Technology BU. He is deeply passionate about Digital Transformation and Process Automation. He is also a believer of the Teal Organization style of management. He is an avid traveler and loves to drive to various places like hills & mountains. He firmly believes that Emotional Intelligence is more important than Intelligence Quotient.

Currently he is persuing PhD in Drug Pharmacokinetics. He is an avid reader and likes travelling. Making models for demonstration of scientific explanation on Environmental scenarios are some of his favourite hobbies.

Avinaba Das has 14+ years of experience primarily in the Payment systems domain. He also has deep knowledge of the embedded apps area. He always wants to acquire new skills irrespective of their applicability and nature in short term. He is an amiable person having a sense of humanity, empathy, affection, dedication, warmth and benevolence. He inculcates a deeper knowledge in exploring the fields of literature and besides being a book worm, he possesses an ability to express his feeling in poetry. Whatever the whole world moves more to digitization he believes that book is men’s best friend in pensiveness and solitude.

Subhadeep has particular expertise in managing stakeholders, both internal and external, through collaborative projects, investigations, audits and continuous improvement workstreams. He is passionate about customer service and quality with overall focus on customer experience/satisfaction. When not working, he likes to meet and socialize with colleagues/friends and engage in productive catch ups.

Leveraged technology to Implement UAV (Drone) based Surveillance System. Experienced in executing full life-cycle development projects; ramping up projects within time, budget & quality parameters, as per project management & best practice guidelines, targeting assignments in Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
